Ingredients:
16 Oz Ground Lamb
1 cup Chopped Onions
1 tbsp Cayan Pepper (or according to your taste)
1 tbsp crushed Black pepper
1 tbsp Onion Powder (Optional)
1 tbsp Garlic Powder or minced fresh garlic
1 Egg
4 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl and make them into 4 equal parts

Heat the heavy bottom pan by adding the oil
Make the patties by pinching in the middle and place them in the pan

Cook for 3 - 4 minutes in medium heat on each side
Burger Setting:
Warm the Burger buns by adding butter and keep them aside
Spread the mayo, Honey Mustard(Optional) on the bottom bun and place the Lamb pattie
Add lattes, Pickled Jalapenos, Persian Cucumbers, Onions, and tomatoes
On the top part of the bun, spread the ketchup and place it on top of the burger
