BBQ / Hotwings

Ingredients:

20 Small chicken wings (I used Costco Organic chicken wings)

1 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot Original Seasoning

1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (Or according to your taste)

1 tbsp Garlic Powder

¼ tbsp Ginger Powder(optional)

¼ tbsp Turmeric Powder (optional)

1 tbsp Tandoori Masala (optional)

2 - 3 pinches Baking Soda

2 - 4 tbsp Oil

Salt to taste


For Garnishing: Mint , Cilantro, Spring Onion and Onion


Wings preparation:

Thoroughly clean and pat dry the wings

Make one of two streaks for each wing


Marination:


Take a bigger bowel and add all the above mentioned dry ingredients except oil


Mix them well and add all the wings and toss them well until it is evenly coated

Add oil and mix them well


Keep it refrigerated minimum of 30 minutes or longer for better result





Preparation:


Place the wings in an Airfryer basket and select 400 degrees temperature.


Set the time to 22 Minutes(I used Ninja Foodi Airfryer mode and placed directly in the pot, without using the Airfryer basket)


Toss the wings after 11 minutes


Once the cooking is done, let it cool down for 5 more minutes in the Airfrier


BBQ Wings:


In a big bowl and take 10 wings


Add 2 - 3 tbsp of BBQ sauce in it and toss them well until the sauce is evenly coated




Plating:


Take a serving plate and place BBQ wings in one plate and remaining 10 Hot wings in another plate


Garnish with Mint, Cilantro, Spring Onion and Onion
