Capsicum Chutney

Ingredients:
4 Medium Capsicum (Any color, but Orange gives sweetness)
1 Small Onion
1 Tomato (Not shown in the picture)
2 tbsp Chana Dal
2 - 4 tbsp Oil
15 - 20 Red Chillies
2 Garlic Cloves (Optional)
Small Lemon Size Tamarind
Salt to taste
For tampering: Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry leaves, Hing

Preparation:
In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and add chana dal, Tamarind, and Red Chillies and rost them well
Once the aroma started coming from it, place them in a blender
In the same pan, add chopped onion and saute it well
Once the onion is slightly brown, add chopped capsicum and saute it until well done

Grind the roasted Red Chili, Chana Dal, Tamarind and raw Garlic with required salt
Add Onion, Capsicum, and grind it well until both are incorporated well
Tamper it with Mustard,Cumin Seeds, Hing, and Curry Leaves
Serve it with rice, roti or can use it as a spread for bread and roti
