Ingredients:
2 - 4 Pitta Bread
4 - 8 tbsp Marinara Sauce
¼ tsp Pizza Seasoning (Optional)
¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Mozzarella Cheese - According to taste
Vegetables:
½ cup Baby Spinach
¼ small onion (Thinly Sliced)
4 - 6 Mushrooms (Thinly Sliced)
Thinly sliced Capsicum
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a parchment paper-lined sheet pan, place the pitta bread and add 2 tbsp of marinara sauce and spread it evenly
Sprinkle the pizza seasoning and red pepper flakes
Add Mozzarella Cheese and top it with vegetables
Sprinkle a pinch of salt if required
