Ingredients:
8 tbsp Peanuts
4 tbsp Shredded Coconut (Fresh/dried)
2 tbsp Puffed Chand/Roasted Dal Split
6 - 8 Green Chillies (or according to taste)
1/4th tsp Cumin Seeds
2-3 cloves garlic(optional)
1 Medium Lime
3 tbsp Oil
1/8th tsp Heng
6-8 Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Seasoning: Cumin seeds, Mustard Seeds, Dry Chana Dal, Curry Leaves
Preparation:
In a medium heat pan, add 2 tbsp oil, peanuts and roast them until golden brown
Add the garlic(optional), shredded coconut (if it is fresh) and fry them for 2 mins
Add puffed chana, cumin seeds, 2-4 curry leaves and fry them together for 1 more minute and take the pan out of the heat

Once all the ingredients come to the room temperature, grind them well by adding required amount of salt and lime juice
Tampering:
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and once it turns hot, add all the seasoning ingredients mentions above along with heng

Place it on top of the chutney
