Ingredients:
1 pound Jalapenos
1 ½ cup White Distilled Vinegar
1 ½ cup Water
1 tbsp finely chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
Preparation:
Medium/thinly slice all the washed Jalapenos and keep it aside
In a thick pot pan, add vinegar, water, garlic, sugar, salt and make it a boil
Once it is boiled enough, add sliced jalapenos and stir it well
Keep the lid on and boil it for 1 - 2 mins in a medium low
Take the pot out off the heat and make it cool
Place all the jalapenos into the clean/dry mason jar and pour all the excess water into it
Ready to eat and keep it refrigerated for further usage.
