Ingredients:
4 Large Idaho Potatoes
1 Small Onion
1 Capsicum
2 tbsp All purpose flour
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder/Paprika
½ tbsp Garlic Powder
¼ tbsp Ginger Powder (Optional)
½ tbsp Pepper Powder
½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp Oil
Small bunch Cilantro
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Use Idaho potatoes and try not to use the red potatoes which will have more starch than Idaho
Peel it and thoroughly wash them and cut into pieces. (Pick a shape and size and stick with it)
Pat dry the potato cubes and keep it aside
Cut the onion & capsicum into cubes and keep it aside (Same size of potato preferred)
Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl add all dry ingredients and mix them well
Toss the potato cubes until it is evenly coated and add 1 tbsp of oil and toss them again
In the Airfrier(I’m using Ninja Foodi) Set the temperature to 400 degrees and airfry it for 20 mins or less ( shuffle it after 10 minutes)

Sauce
In a saucepan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Once the oil is hot add diced onion and capsicum and saute it in a high flame
Add Tomato Ketchup, Soya Sauce, and yogurt and bring it to boil

Add Airfried potatoes and mix them well until the sauce is evenly coated to potatoes
Transfer it into the serving plate and serv it hot
