Ingredients:
2 cups All purpose flour 2 cups Sugar 3/4 coco powder 2eggs 1cup Oil 1Cup Butter milk 1 cup Hot water 1tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Prerequisite:
Pre heat the oven for 300
Dust the pan 14' 11" with butter & flour
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients except 'HOT WATER' and mix them well
Once everything is evenly incorporated, add small portions of HOT WATER into the mixture and blend them well(do not over do it)
Don’t be afraid of the liquidy consistency of the cake batter
Pour the mixture into the pan & place it into the oven for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, use the spoon and scrape the cake in the middle ( you see the cake liquid in the middle)
Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees and bake it for 15-30 minutes
more or until the fork comes out clean
Remove the baking pan and keep it on the cooling rack for 10 - 15 minutes before cutting the cake
